Delete your Opti account

You can delete your Opti account at any time.

In the app

Open Opti and sign in.
Open the World tab, tap Settings (gear, top right), then Delete my account.
Confirm twice, then type DELETE.

While you are still setting up your account, use Settings at the bottom of the setup screen instead of the World tab.

Deletion is scheduled immediately. You have a 7-day grace period: sign in and choose Keep my account to cancel. After 7 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you answered "I'm under 18" at the age check, there is no grace period: the account is erased within one hour and cannot be restored.

Without the app

Email privacy@nlongvity.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Opti account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

After the grace period we permanently erase: your login and email address, your profile and display name, every creature you own and its history, seeds, expeditions, breeding records, codex progress, wishlist, showcase, friend connections, Echo Shard balance and history, and purchase records.

Serial numbers of deleted creatures are never reissued, so other players' serials stay unique.

What is kept

Reports you sent stay with our moderation team as a record, no longer linked to your account. Reports about you are deleted with your account. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases you made through their stores. Short-term technical logs at our hosting provider expire on their own schedule, typically within days.

Unused Echo Shards are lost and are not refunded. Contact the store you purchased from for refund questions.
