Your everyday companion
Open Today for a personal message about your cycle, recent symptoms, and how your body has been feeling.

Type, speak, or use a quick option to record pain, symptoms, energy, or mood. Aura responds using your personal history.

When symptoms become difficult, Flare Mode offers step-by-step comfort guidance with links to trusted medical sources.
General comfort guidance, not emergency medical treatment.
As your history grows, Aura helps highlight recurring experiences and, with Aura Care, turn them into clearer summaries for healthcare appointments.
Patterns appear once enough is logged; a personal pain pattern needs pain logged at least 8 times across two cycles. A heads-up about a tougher stretch comes from your own logged rhythm and is informational only. Aura does not predict medical events or identify causes.
